Claudia Sukola, RN, BSN

Claudia Sukola did such an amazing job with my brother after his procedure on March 11th. He has Korsakoff's Syndrome and has a hard time following and understanding. He gets frustrated easily because most people rush and talk fast, and he can't understand. She sat down, talked slowly and clearly and made sure he understood everything she was saying.

She was so kind and patient and did not rush him at all. She even sang to him on the way to the car and he sang the same song all the way home. She really went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable with what was going on and his experience was a very good one thanks to Claudia!
