Claudia received several nominations that recognised that she always goes above and beyond, is an exceptional role model to others, and that she is caring and compassionate towards patients, their families, and her colleagues. In the face of the COVID-19 pandemic, Claudia stepped in to support another directorate whose senior staffing had been depleted by sickness to ensure that staff were supported and children received the high-quality care they required. Claudia's positivity, encouragement, and equity of approach are widely recognised and her kindness is appreciated by everyone.
