Claudine is always willing to do whatever it takes to provide excellent patient care. She is a true team player and always puts the patient first. When a patient needed to be seen on a day the clinic was closed, Claudine came in and played the roles of patient liaison, MA, RN, and housekeeper.

Claudine, on multiple occasions, has gone above and beyond. Claudine recently reduced her FTE, and originally, her ask was that she not go over her hours. On a regular basis, Claudine has done just the opposite. A patient was scheduled for a patch test on a Monday. This means that the read needs to happen on Friday. Dermatology is normally closed on Friday. However, Claudine came in on her day off to assist the provider, along with adding a few more urgent patients who needed to be seen. Claudine is a wonderful team player.
