Throughout my whole pre-op and discharge process, Claudio was super professional, friendly, positive, and caring. He was training another nurse, and the whole time he was very professional and made sure I felt comfortable with everything they were doing. We had a great conversation before my procedure and during discharge; he even spoke with my parents in Spanish to make sure they felt comfortable as well.

Especially during discharge, I was feeling stressed and overwhelmed about my recovery, but Claudio was very reassuring and went over everything in depth. When he was wheeling me outside of the hospital, we had a great conversation that made me feel more confident and at ease about my recovery. I can tell he is a very empathetic, compassionate, and easy-to-talk-to nurse. He definitely made me feel understood and helped ease my nerves. It was truly a great experience being in his care.
