Clay showed extreme dedication and compassion for a pediatric patient. The patient was a critical post T & A bleed who needed to be transferred. Clay remained past his shift to assist with the care of the patient. He even offered to go with EMS to assist in the transfer. They had difficulty finding transport for the patient to be transported.
