Cliffie Phelps is Nurse at the OMC – Kenner Surgery Unit. Cliffie is recognized as a caring and empathetic person who delivers quality patient care. A patient recently wrote a letter complimenting the experience Cliffie provided as their nurse. The letter read: “…I can never forget you. I was very nervous the day of my surgery. You listened to my concerns. While they were checking my heart out you held my hand. You can never know how much you comforted me and that’s why I can never forget you. You are a special person, a Guardian Angel.
