1. Clordette is the best nomination for the Daisy reward because of her special care, concern and compassion for her patients. It takes a special person to fill the big shoe of a nurse and take care of strangers as if they were your own family member. Clordette is a prime example of such RN. I had to come in my procedure alone but I never once felt vulnerable or alone and felt as if a good friend was with me taking care of me.


2. I often see great things coming from this nurse. She gives excellent nursing care from overwhelming words to a cup of ice. Clordette Hester is an all nurses should be about, skilled, courteous and patient.

3. Nurse Hester is a compassionate, proficient, skilled nurse. The time she spends with the patents is caring and she left them with a lasting impression. She is pleasant to work with and I am always pleased to learn she is caring for my patients as I know that the patients will be well taken care of and all orders will be executed efficiently. She is an extraordinary nurse and a role model.
