Coby found the patient's wheelchair that was left, placed it into his car, drove it to work, and delivered it to the patient.
A person experiencing homelessness was brought in by ambulance. The ambulance staff were unable to bring the patient's wheelchair with him. The patient was understandably upset because his wheelchair is key to his independence. Coby went above and beyond by picking up the patient's wheelchair located in front of a restaurant and transporting it himself. He was not clocked in and wasn't required to go out of his way to do this. He had compassion for a patient he hadn't even met yet, and he made a huge difference in the patient's day. If he hadn't acted, the patient couldn't have been safely discharged, and the states his "wheelchair could have been stolen."

There was a patient who was here, and EMS did not bring his wheelchair. Coby stopped by the location on his way in for a shift and searched around. He found the patient's wheelchair that was left, placed it into his car, drove it to work, and delivered it to the patient. This patient was homeless and unable to use his leg. Without this, the patient would not have been able to afford another wheelchair.
