Coby Strange, RN

Coby Strange is an outstanding leader and nurse advocate for our patients. He will take charge during a code and interject when necessary, ensuring high-quality care for the patient and demonstrating excellent teamwork. One shift he was just walking past a room while a patient was getting an EKG and noted immediately that the patient was having a STEMI. Without his quick assessment, care could have been delayed. Coby invests in the department by taking time to teach and explain points of care to the less experienced staff and gently answer the questions that follow. His approach is always uplifting and encouraging. We are so lucky to have such an exceptional, compassionate nurse in our work family.
