My wife and I came to Henderson Hospital after our 2nd miscarriage for a D&C. This nurse was incredibility empathetic and helpful during the pre-op process and I just want her to know how much of a difference it makes to encourage a happy but understanding face during this difficult time. As a fellow healthcare professional, I'm sure you realize the positive effects that non-verbal communication can have on patients. I hope your lavender grows back in your garden.
