Cody made sure I was comfortable even if it meant repositioning me 5 times. He made me laugh during a time I didn’t even think I could smile. Despite not being my nurse, he helped me wash my hair and checked in on me. He provided comfort and wisdom during my low times and made connections with my parents and friends. He made sure I felt clean (big OCD thing of mine), listened to my wishes, or met me in the middle of what needed to be done.

Overall, Cody has been my favorite nurse. You can tell he cares about not only his job but his individual patients. I love his sassiness and personality. He is a great example of a nurse. I wish he could be my nurse every day. Cody's humor is what initially won him over with my 19-year-old daughter. His patience, confidence, efficiency, expertise, and ability to communicate situations and results in layman's terms won me over.  His ability to bring a sense of normalcy and laughter to a crappy situation has been everything.  Thank you!
