Colby Clayborne, RN, BSN

Colby’s dream of becoming a nurse became a reality when he accepted his first nursing position here with us on 5C at AdventHealth Wesley Chapel. When he first started, he was a quiet and shy graduate nurse who quickly blossomed into his own, displaying compassion and empathy in patient care delivery. These traits shine through with whomever he interacts with and are coupled with showing positivity and willingness to help his teammates in any way he can. The team describes Colby as “Jerry 2.0” someone who is always there for you when you need a friend. I speak for the team when I say that Colby is not just a colleague to us, he is part of our family. He truly lives our mission and extends The Healing Ministry of Christ. We are so proud of Colby and the successes he has accomplished in such a brief time here with us. Every day, he shows up with a smile on his face, shares a friendly greeting with his colleagues, and remains genuine, approachable, and positive to ramp up our team spirit.
