I am a nurse extern, and Colby is one of the few nurses who acknowledged me during my first time here without me having to approach her. She cares for her patients in a respectful way, and I never ever see or hear her complaining about anything. Even when things were falling apart in her own life, she continued to show compassion to me and her patients.
