Coldir Cox, BSN, RN

Coldir has been incredibly understanding of our situation in the NICU with baby R. However, it’s honestly not just his attention to us or R when we are here. It is watching him and listening to how he interacts with other babies when their parents are not here. Talking to them. Snuggling them. Loving them. And he genuinely has a concern for their well-being, and celebrates their victories! Coldir is amazing.

Coldir's actions have helped my wife feel so much less stressed. Her anxiety about the NICU was diminished when we were assigned Coldir as our NICU nurse. He is so attentive, compassionate, and skilled at what he does. We love him!
