Letter 1:
She was friendly, kind and very helpful, not only was she concerned about the patient but she was caring about the patient’s family. She kept a smile on her face and she listened. She showed concern about everything that we asked about.

I am the wife of the patient. Whatever he needed, she would get right away. She would attend to my husband and met all of the needs until she was finished. If we were told by her that we needed something she would get it right then.

I believe Cole Smith is special to me because she showed love and kindness to us. When she first introduced herself to the patient and myself she showed herself to us as a kind hearted and caring nurse. You never get a second chance to make a first impression. Her first impression was friendly, nice, kind and with a smile. I will always pray for her because she is in the right field. All of our needs were met consistently through her services.

During my stay she was always professional combined with a very friendly and enthusiastic attitude. She helped me maintain my dignity at a low point in my life. Thank you to her a thousand times over. You have a great one in her.
