My aunt was hospitalized, and Nurse Coleen went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure my aunt was treated holistically. She was very compassionate, caring, and kept me updated on her progress daily. My aunt is recently having problems with incontinence and she did not want the family to be aware and when she had an accident in her underwear, Coleen helped her maintain her dignity and washed her underwear in a bath basin and hung them up to dry. Colleen exudes outstanding care.
