Coletta Ford, RN BSN

Coletta is one of the best nurses I have ever been blessed to know. From the first day I was admitted to UT Health Rehab, she did whatever I needed, even if it was really something the techs should do. And all she did, she did with compassion and in a very professional manner.

I asked hundreds of questions, and she answered them or found answers for me, and she never seemed frustrated with me. She is the true definition of a caring and compassionate nurse who handles everything with such professionalism. I am so thankful she took care of me, and my mind was so relieved when I saw her.

I would hope other nurses are as good as she. She is great! I am just super thankful for her.
