Colin goes above and beyond for every patient and every co-worker he meets. I couldn't begin to pick one story to share because there have been so many. From taking care of his patients by making them laugh and really getting to know them when they are at a tough point in life, to singing to patients while they are on the ventilator, Colin does it. He doesn't just stop at being an outstanding nurse for his patients, he is also an amazing co-worker. He is the first face you expect to see during an emergency and he is ready to help no matter the situation. If I tell a patient I'll be right back to go grab water for them, he is already at the door with a cup of water from overhearing the conversation while in the hallway passing by and asking if we need anything else. Patients, nurses, and other staff members can always count on him to be the best possible nurse he can be. He gives 110% every time he walks through the doors of this hospital.
