A patient died of cardiac arrest, and the family was completely taken aback as the patient was in his early 60's. The family had been difficult to get a hold of and when they finally arrived, Colleen helped them into the room, assisted with having food delivered to the family's home, cut a lock of the patient's hair for the wife to take home with her, and went above and beyond to comfort the family including staying past her shift.
