Colleen was very supportive, understanding, and extremely helpful. My daughter is (DHH) Deaf and was having headaches and blurry vision. Colleen went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and had everything she needed. She was very knowledgeable and empathetic. Explained everything and helped the doctor with me signing (ASL) for my daughter so I wouldn’t have to repeat things over and over again. She is definitely in the right field of work. Need more like her. Just caring!
