My wife was in labor for 29 hours and spent over 3 hours pushing. She feels she could not have done it without Colleen. In fact, at one point she kicked everyone out of the room except her. She graciously handled every situation, was constantly attentive without being overbearing and gave commands with such subtle assertiveness you could hardly do anything other than what she insisted. She tended to my wife expertly and gently and also myself, my newborn son and any visiting family. She had many other babies being born that day but still made us feel that we were in her constant care. I will never forget Colleen and the impression she left on our family. We made sure she was in our family photos!

Colleen was a considerate, compassionate and knowledgeable about my fiancé's induced labor and delivery. She is an amazing person. Two days before we were scheduled to come in for induction my fiancé had to go in for a stress test and met Colleen and had nothing but amazing things to say. She made my fiancé feel comfortable in this scary time in our lives with our first baby. We came in to start induction and I met her myself. I told her I had heard so much about her and my fiancé loves you! The whole day she was at her side whenever anything happened, helped explain a lot of things regarding the birth. She is funny and she cares. She was very considerate to me as well, being the father.
