What a wonderful and competent nurse Colleen Trader is! Her many years of experience shined through in every interaction. When I met her, I just knew I was going to be so well taken care of while she was my nurse. Unfortunately, I had a severe fracture of my femur, among many other issues. At the end of our first day, when she told me she would be back tomorrow, I felt so relieved. I knew I would get my medications on time and would be taken care of as if I were family. What a great feeling when you are scared and hurting. Colleen always went above and beyond to see that I was comfortable and able to rest. At the time, visitors were not allowed because of the crisis. My husband was worried, but when I told him how well Colleen was taking care of me, it put him at ease. She is such a very compassionate, caring, and qualified nurse and Chestnut Hill Hospital is extremely fortunate to have her on board.
