Collette Summers personifies the caring ministry of Christ. She is positive, encouraging, and flexible. She portrays a calm, compassionate demeanor and willingly puts the need of her patients and co workers ahead of her own. She has grown in many ways this year-she oriented to charge nurse and has completed cross training to nursery, including attending deliveries and initial stabilization.
