Colton Bellamy, RN BSN

I had to have an emergency bowel blockage removal surgery and it was on top of several other health issues which happened within just a short period. The surgery went well but recovery included some tachycardia issues, then low heart rate, etc. on top of the surgery. I had a very hard time with fear, worry, and depression during that time, which is totally unlike me. I’m not even sure Colton Bellamy was aware of all that, but he seemed to realize I needed a little extra dose of watching over and a calm, steady presence checking on me which reduced my anxiety so much. Sometimes healing is not just about the clinical, physical needs of a patient. It also is about the kindness, caring, and genuine concern you feel from another human being. Thank you, Colton for being not only a great nurse, but a very kind and caring human being.
