Colton Hinrichs, RN

I am 41 and had a mini CABG, my first surgery of this magnitude. Colton always made me feel secure and comfortable. He made a connection with me that gave me a sense of security that I was in good hands. Not once did he show me that he didn't care. He was always in my room seeing to my needs and asking family members if they were ok as well. This wasn't his job duty, but he did so. He went above and beyond seeing that all my fears and anxieties with this surgery would be ok. He was very good at explaining, in detail, regarding my care, managing my chest tube, Foley care, as well as things that could lead to complications. He explained to me what to watch for and I was very relieved to know this.
