Last year, my dad was in CICU for COPD. He is in again today and not doing well. I remember Colton from attending my to Dad last year. He was so positive and really helped Dad stay calm and he was encouraging to the both of us. He is skilled as a nurse and communicates well. This year, they were having trouble getting an IV. I was so glad to see him. Colton was able to get the IV.
