Concepta Conroy Halpin

I was at an outpatient appointment, and my colostomy bag burst all over me. I was absolutely traumatised and devastated. This nurse, who said her name was Cepta, took me straight into a room and helped clean me and calm me down. She rang my husband and stayed with me, and was so caring and told me not to be embarrassed. She protected my dignity, and I can never thank her enough.
