Curt gave my baby the best care I've seen at Texas Children's Hospital in the four months we have been here, from the NICU Nurses to the CVICU nurses. The care he gave my baby was so gentle and compassionate, it gave me chills; I actually cried tears of joy and relief. He even had a humility you can adore. When I complimented him, he responded "Oh well, I'm just doing my job. The way I see it, with these babies, you just treat them with the some sentiment that I would want for my child". That brightened my whole day and made me smile even though I was in tears accepting that my 4 month old son just had open heart surgery and his chest was open for days because they couldn't close it. God bless him.
