First of all, I thought everyone did an excellent job in all the departments. From the moment I was checked in, everyone was helpful and friendly. You have a great team at Charlevoix Hospital. My wife and I were especially fond of Conner Mills. He went above and beyond his nursing duties. Conner has a caring and gentle spirit. I had complications from my surgery, and Conner's compassion and patience showed through. He was never rushed or hurried; he treated me with total respect. In a sincere manner, Conner would always ask, "Can I do anything else for you before I leave?"  Conner is knowledgeable and would answer my questions with a positive outlook. Words to describe Conner: Empathy, Patience, Gentle Spirit, Compassionate, Knowledgeable, Friendly, and Considerate. Thank you, Conner, for helping me get through this scary and stressful situation.
