Connie Abiol pays attention to fine details and is very in tune with the patient needs. She has demonstrated more conscientiousness than any other nurse we have met during this stay. She checks in frequently with a pleasant and positive demeanor, which is very reassuring to the me and my family.
One day specifically, I was struggling and she was helping clean my mouth and talked about the importance of oral care. During that time, she noticed odd breathing and suctioned what she called a mucous plug. She told us what that meant and why it was important to clear that out. We were appreciative of her knowledge and her actions.
She is the kind of nurse that makes a family trust that their loved one is in receiving the best care possible. Connie is the greatest.
