Connie demonstrates what a real nurse is all about. She is always there to help with a smile no matter what the situation is. The patients love her and so do we. There is never a task or job she will turn down. She comes on the floor and helps us make beds, bathrooms, and passes out food trays when we are shorthanded. She is kind, compassionate, and caring to patients and staff.

Connie always introduces herself to all the patients every morning. She is always cheerful and caring to everyone; patients or staff. She never complains no matter what the situation is. She steps up to the plate with a smile on her face. She is a joy to work with every day. The patients love her for her kindness and compassion. We need more nurses like her.

Connie goes above and beyond her call of duty as a nurse. She takes on all roles with pride; she answers phones and sits out on the unit whenever the secretary or techs need help. She assists every patient with the utmost care even if they are not "her patients". The majority of the patients request her by name because of the manner of care they receive from her. She is truly amazing! I am happy to have her on my team.

Connie is a wonderful and caring nurse. She can usually calm a patient down that is getting out of control. She is friendly, caring, kind, and compassionate. She is never afraid to get her hands dirty and always willing to help. She makes this department a fun place when she is around. She knows how to talk to the patients to make them feel at ease.
