Connie consistently demonstrates exceptional leadership by creating an environment built on trust, compassion, and mutual respect. She sets the tone for 5 Main by fostering a culture where we all feel supported, valued, and able to work collaboratively as a strong team. Through her open communication style and genuine care for her team, Connie encourages teamwork and ensures that we all feel heard and respected. Connie encourages us to grow and because of her leadership, our unit is a positive workplace where we thrive and patients receive compassionate care.
Connie demonstrates the practice of presence and relationship building through the genuine respect and attention she gives to each member of our team. She does not lead with a “one size fits all” approach; instead, she recognizes that each team member brings unique strengths and experiences to our unit.
Connie takes the time to connect with us individually. She listens to our concerns (personal and/or professional), and offers support in ways that are meaningful to each of us. She is approachable and has an attentive leadership style that fosters strong relationships and creates an environment where we feel valued and understood.
