Connie was so amazing to our family while my husband was in the hospital and on end-of-life care. She went above and beyond to ensure he was well cared for. As she said to us, she was not just his nurse but our nurse, too. Connie cared for each of us with the utmost kindness, compassion, and love. In the time when our family needed love and support the most, Connie was there and delivered it all with such warmth and kindness. We appreciate all that she did for us.
