Connie Hill has gone out of her way to make sure her patients feel "Loved" and comfortable. Not knowing what to expect at BHRI, she made me feel more relaxed about my experience. Even when she was working on another floor she still stopped by when she could to check on me and make sure I was OK and comfortable, and to see if there was anything she could do or get for me. Being scared after an MVA and being alone coming in to this, her kindness meant the world to me! I work at a PT Clinic myself, so patient care is very important to me. Connie is amazing!

Connie made my daughter feel safe and comfortable. She never seemed rushed or irritated to answer any question that we had. Very professional and wonderful bedside manner. Connie is a wonderful nurse in all areas!
