I have been fortunate to have Connie as my nurse for two ERCP procedures in the Endoscopy Department. Connie went above and beyond to help me feel loved and cared for. She held my hand, rubbed my feet, and calmed my nerves. During my first procedure, Connie stayed late to make sure I was okay. She even took me up to my room personally when I was admitted into the hospital and made sure I was settled. During my second procedure, Connie was a loving hand. There was difficulty in getting an IV going, she kept me calm, told me jokes and showed so much compassion. Connie is an amazing nurse and I have been extremely grateful for her help.
