Connie Monhollen noticed an elderly couple very upset about a cell phone bill. Apparently, the couple had been using a noise app and it was going through their data. The couple kept receiving emails that $15 would be charged but they thought it was the same message. Connie called the phone company and was able to assist them in getting their charged significantly decreased.
Connie was a strong advocate for her patient while being professional, caring and compassionate.
