I honestly don’t know where to begin, so I’ll start at 7 AM. She walked into my room and was radiating kindness.  I had no idea that over the course of this delivery, I would share a mountain of laughs and an emotional roller coaster, and a smooth delivery.
I haven’t felt safe for a while, bawling my eyes out with someone else. She was patient and funny and helped me make sense of what was happening with my baby and my body.
When I came in, I was worried, as any mother-to-be is, but she literally held my hand every step of the way. Her bedside manner and sensitivity were impeccable.  I would endure every laugh, contraction, and tear with her again. She was such a joy to have as a support.
