Connie Ng, BSN, RN

Connie was extremely efficient and proactive. As a serious spinal patient who could barely move, I was on the exterior catheter and when it was leaking quite a bit on the pad and sheets on my bed, Connie would insist it was changed. She also thoroughly washed me and gave me a fresh new one. She monitored things and eventually had a record and schedule of my meds in her head and came on her own to administer them. She was professional and personable at the same time. She was very compassionate and comforting. Occasionally I would cry, and Connie stayed and talked to me.
