From the medical point of view, Connie's professionalism is exceptional. Where she really excels is her personality/attitude, "bed-side-manner" if you will. With Connie I never felt like "just another patient", but rather a respected, well cared for friend or family.
I have no doubt my recovery and hospital stay would have been a bit longer if not for Connie's advice, respect, and encouragement. She even switched shifts, allowing me the honor of her being my discharge nurse.
