Connie was my dad's nurse before he went into surgery to have a defibrillator put in. She was wonderful! Everyone is nervous before a procedure. Connie was funny, calming, polite, caring and professional, which took all our anxieties away. She was extremely informative and very supportive of all the family members there to support my dad, we think Connie is Awesome!
