Connie Qualls, RN, BSN, BBA

Connie Qualls has been with Ascension for the last twenty years. She has worked in multiple departments and now manages multiple departments. She also was an educator and she still loves teaching to this day! Connie works around the clock to help her community. Her unwavering love and dedication to her job, staff, patients, and Ascension has no match. Compassion as it is defined as the feeling that arises when you are confronted with another's suffering and feel motivated to relieve that suffering. Compassion consists of six 'attributes': Sensitivity, Sympathy, Empathy, Motivation/Caring, Distress Tolerance, and Non-Judgement. These describe Connie in a nutshell!
