Throughout her shift, she provided direct and thorough communication, often providing details that went above and beyond, making me feel more informed about what was happening with my induction. She was consistent in the level of care she provided and treated me as an equal. She also had the ability to monitor my emotions and communicate on my level, with consideration for how I felt.
