Connie is always friendly and has a smile on her face.
It is very difficult to distinguish between such an extraordinary group of nurses here on 8W Stem Cell Transplant. If we had to choose one, in particular, this time, it would have to be Connie. She has that motherly instinct who feels your needs before you can even articulate them. She is always here at the first push of the button. She is very knowledgeable of her profession and always comes up with ways of how to make things easier without taking extreme measures. She is always friendly and has a smile on her face. This time though, Connie was a lifesaver because she was able to see and help with helping me stay with my sister, who needed to have us stay with her very desperately. Connie was instrumental for this to happen. I will forever be grateful to her for first taking my concerns seriously and then taking the extra step to ensure everyone trusted us to be here to help with my sister’s recovery.
