Connie has always acted in the veterans' best interest. She frequently picks up over time and is always a strong voice for the veterans. Connie is also a very team centered employee and is always ready to jump in and help regardless of who or when anyone needs help. Connie is kind, compassionate and very diligent with the veterans. Connie is a very strong leader, especially when she is charge nurse. She has made my time at the VA very rewarding and is a wonderful influence and role model for me as a nurse.
