From the patient: Connie has made life bearable during my stay in the hospital. She made sure of my comfort and that I was on time for all of my procedures. She constantly answered all of my questions; made sure the doctors came to see me and obtained food immediately following a procedure and after having been without food since midnight. The first time I ever saw her she personified Florence Nightingale. Her demeanor and smile lights up the room. Because of the wonderful care I received with Connie as my nurse, I have no reason to complain. In addition, I saw her give the same service to my roommate as well. Connie certainly deserves the DAISY Award.
