July 2022 Honoree
Connor Malcolm, RN
Connor was so helpful, answered questions, and called when needed so we could speak with the doctor if we were not there when they arrived. He helped our mom, who is 81 with her tv, made her comfortable, and helped us understand the plan of care for her. She was diagnosed with a tumor and went from the ER to Observation to South 4 and then surgery. He made us feel comfortable, secure, and informed. Conner is a very compassionate nurse that never seems to be "bothered" by the MANY questions that our family had for him. He even helped us call her doctor and helped with the right questions to ask and explained to us what the doctor said in words we understood. Even when he wasn't our nurse, he still came in to check on us and see how we were doing and if we had any questions. Thank you, Connor!!
Thank you, Connor, for your exceptional compassion, advocacy, and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference.
