Connor Malcolm 2, RN

Connor took care of our Mom. We had many questions about her care and what was happening. She had blood pressure issues, could not urinate, and had a tumor in her intestines. Connor spent extra time answering questions and helping us understand what was happening. He explained what the doctor said in words we understand. When we went to eat, he called to tell us the doctor arrived. He was kind, compassionate, and professional with us and our mom.
