I am a travel nurse. Cookie was kind enough to text me my schedule for my first week on the floor, one week before I was to start. This was so helpful for me to plan my first weeks in Arizona. As the scheduler, Cookie was always so accommodating when I needed to request a day for an appointment, etc.
As a charge nurse, Cookie is always pleasant and helpful no matter how busy she is with other matters. She always answered my questions without making me feel dumb for asking them. She checks on the nurses often when she is charge to make sure everything is going okay.
In rare times when I was overwhelmed with a patient situation, Cookie always was willing to listen and let me vent my concerns. She has a lot of nursing knowledge and can add a lot to mine. She always seems to be in a good mood no matter what. I looked forward to working the days when she was the charge nurse.
