Coralie McFarland has rock-star confidence! The way she handles herself and her patients is amazing! And with so much ease! She is a wonderful nurse leader who brings all the nurses up without complaining or negativity. Coralie doesn’t complain, she just jumps in and handles the situation without resistance. She is a great resource to newer and less experienced nurses and can help with any situation. She sees things happening in real-time and is a master at prioritizing. She remained so calm with the critical patient and made everyone in the room feel at ease. She was rattling off dosages of medications that no one had memorized. She doesn’t do it to shine, she’s a perfect role model.
