Corey is always helpful, kind, and willing to do what it takes to make a patient's experience as positive as possible. He never is heard complaining about an assignment and does whatever is asked to support the team and patients. Recently, Corey was working on 5 Landis. He had to go to an appointment and then promptly returned. Corey was heard saying to a team member "thanks for covering my one to one, can I cover for you?" He was also observed attending to all the needs brought to him by patients promptly and with pleasure. Corey was also planning and preparing care for the next shift with social services and pharmacy. His desire to help others has always been evident and very much appreciated; however, later that day, after the shift was over, his drive to care and support others wasn't solely appreciated any longer; it became an amazement to me. Earlier that day, he received some very difficult news, yet he returned to work as promptly as he said he would and never faltered through the remainder of that shift. He continued to offer himself to the care and support of others without hesitation. Corey displays selflessness and compassionate care through all of his interactions here at PPI, and this makes him an invaluable member of our organizational team.
